Every Child Counts (ECC) Numbers Count is an intensive numeracy intervention programme for children in Years 1 to 3 who have the greatest difficulty in mathematics.	Every Child a Reader Reading Recovery is at the core of the successful Every Child a Reader initiative and is a school based, short-term intervention designed for children in Year 1 who are the lowest literacy achievers.
