Free Remote Support for Your School
Centrastage is currently used by Babcock 4S to allow the Service Desk to remotely access your school’s SIMS server and SIMS admin machine. We are pleased to offer this extended service, as we believe it will provide you with the following benefits:-
• Ability to support more SIMS machines within the administration and classroom environment
• Ability to support curriculum machines within the classroom environment
• Improvement in the level and speed of technical support response offered to schools
• Ability to remotely schedule the school’s computers to shut down and switch off mains power
• Ability to produce a regular ‘health-check’ report, outlining any areas of potential concern, for example, a machine with anti-virus or security patches that are out of date, or one that is running short of disk space
(Please note that although this software will allow Babcock 4S to remotely access school machines, the application will be configured to ensure that a member of the school staff always has to give their permission via the software, before a member of Babcock can remotely access any machine with Centrastage installed).
If you have purchased In-school ICT Support this year or SIMS Service Desk Support as part of our drive to improve our services, we have great pleasure in offering you free copies of Centrastage software, which we will be happy to arrange to install within your school.
If you have purchased the In-school ICT Support service, we will install Centrastage on all the computers within your school.
If you have purchased SIMS Service Desk support, we will install a limited number of copies of Centrastage on computers of your choice within your school.
