Today, Babcock International Group completed the acquisition of VT to form the leading support services company in the UK.  This new business will be known as Babcock 4S.  

Babcock 4S is a joint venture company formerly owned by VT Group and Surrey County Council.  Now, the ownership has changed to be Surrey County Council and Babcock International Group.  

This change will result in no difference in the delivery of your services, or in your dealings with our staff.  We can all be reached on the same phone numbers.  It is very much business as usual, and we will continue to deliver our consultancy, advice, training and development and project management to schools, local authorities and on behalf of central government as normal.
