These are designed for small numbers (4-8) of senior LA officers and are facilitated to allow sharing of experiences and approaches from a range of authorities.
 
From our recent experience with joint ventures, service transformation, traded service design, utilisation management and strategic commissioning, we share our unique management expertise. Feedback on the sessions is typically excellent and we they can also be run in-house for individual LAs.
 
There has never been a more important time to understand what the options, opportunities and pitfalls are, how to get from A to B and to share this under Chatham House rules with people in similar situations.
 
The workshops are hosted by Liam Donnison, Head of Business Innovation and Andy Roberts, Chairman of our unique joint venture. Liam has 20 years experience designing and managing services in the education sector and leading change programmes. Andy is a former Director of Children's Services and is the South East and London lead on the Children’s Improvement Board (CIB) bringing peer learning across Local Authorities at the highest level.
