As the largest integrated school improvement service in the country we take an education-led approach that places the user at the heart of what we do.

We are a joint venture company owned by Babcock International Group and Surrey County Council, combining the best commercial practice with the values and principles of the public sector.

Surrey brings to the partnership one of the most highly regarded local authorities in the country with a wealth of educational and children’s services expertise.

Babcock 4S incorporates a large careers, information and advice service and the UK’s largest vocational training service. It is the third largest private sector education services provider in the country.
