    Meet the HLTA Team

    Ian Hollingsworth
    HLTA Project Manager
    Ian has worked closely with all stakeholders to promote effective training programmes for support staff in schools in London and the South East.  He worked with the TDA to develop the HLTA programme in the two regions.
    Ian’s background is in teaching and he has been a consultant in workforce development since 2004.

    Mandy Bowler
    HLTA Project Manager
    Mandy has driven the HLTA programme since its conception.  She, with Ian, is responsible for the high quality training programmes available for support staff in schools.  Mandy is Chief Assessor for the HLTA project in London and the SE.
    Mandy’s background is in teaching and she has been a consultant in workforce development since 2002.

    Appeals Process

    In the unlikely event that a candidate is unhappy about the final outcome of their assessment, there is an appeals process that is clearly followed. In the first instance, we recommend contacting the Babcock 4S HLTA team direct. However, the appeals process is available on request.
