SENCo Training and Networks
SENCo leadership and development is essential in an age when the demands placed on individual SENCos is ever growing. The Special Educational Needs Code of Practice January 2015 highlights the importance of SENCos leading at a strategic level. At Babcock we recognise that there are various levels at which development can take place. We have designed specific training programmes to support the development from those who are new to role to those who are seeking to further develop their insight to leadership so as to be able to effectively contribute at a senior level.
