Leadership Success - Supporting Leadership Programmes

The programme offers nationally recognised leadership qualifications at four levels, middle, senior, aspiring head teacher and executive leadership. The approach is a blend of face to face, workplace and online learning to maximise accessibility.

These programmes support you to lead a team, develop leadership skills across a school, enhance your strategic management capabilities, improve the quality of educational provision and managing resources to achieve your leadership goals.

It is widely recognised that effective leadership creates the right conditions for all pupils to achieve. These new qualifications will secure better outcomes for all learners, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

These qualifications relate to leadership at different levels, and they are broken down into Middle Leadership, Senior Leadership, Headship and Executive Leadership. They are designed to be a clear pathway of progression through to Executive Leadership, helping to grow individuals and support school improvement.

The Middle Leadership, Senior Leadership, Headship qualifications are delivered in the West Midlands and the Executive Leadership qualifications are delivered nationally. Funding may be available for leaders working in areas of high deprivation, please enquire for more information.

The NPQEL is aimed at current or aspiring executive leaders. If you are working towards becoming an executive leader or are already a serving executive head teacher or CEO, then this course would be suitable for you.

They always have an innovative angle in working with us to achieve consistency across the school and secure a skilled middle and senior leadership team. Babcock is so far ahead of other providers in delivering value for money and positive outcomes which are tailored to the needs of our school and pupils.
